Treviso Airport transfer fare details

Our Treviso transfers use a fleet of taxis, minibus and full size coaches.

As you may be aware taxis are not allowed to take you into the centre of Venice. There are two options for transfer.

1) A transfer from the airport to the Piazzale Roma transport interchange on the outskirts of Venice. From this point you catch one of the many regular public transport water buses to your hotel. This is the most economical transfer method.

2) A limousine or minibus transfer from Treviso Airport to the Piazzale Roma transport interchange. From here we can arrange a connection with your own water taxi to take you to your Venice Hotel.

The fare given is per vehicle (not per person !).

Please count all passengers no matter how young as individual passengers, due to the law each person must occupy a seat of their own.

Your Treviso Airport Transfer fare includes

• All taxes, tolls and local charges .
• A luggage allowance of 1 suitcase and 1 small piece of hand luggage per passenger. If your groups has more luggage or large items such as golf clubs or bikes we recommend that you upgrade to the next size of vehicle.
• Free baby seat on request subject to availability
• Meet and greet service at Treviso Airport.
• Private transfer to resort. You will not share with other clients.
• Emergency call out telephone number in the unlikely event that you cannot locate your driver.
• There are no delayed flight supplements in the event of a flight delay.

Extras to add to your Treviso Airport Transfer fare

• A night time pick up supplement (automatically added) of 20% applies to all transfers with a pick up time booked between 2100 and 0700.

Collection details

ARRIVAL - Please have your airport transfer details to hand - You will be met by our driver in the arrivals hall landside, they will be holding your name on a board - If you cannot locate your driver please contact the emergency telephone number on your e-ticket
Please ensure your airport transfer E-Ticket is printed and that all details are correct and show your airport transfer driver - If you notice any inaccuracies please notify us at once.

RETURN (if applicable) IMPORTANT - PLEASE CHECK ALL DATES AND TIMES
Please reconfirm your pick-up time with our operator by contacting one of the numbers below - you must do this 72hrs before your return pick-up is due - It is the client's responsibility to do this
If possible, please be waiting outside, or in the reception area of the hotel/property around 5 minutes before the return airport transfer is due as at times airport parking maybe very limited

 

Fare details & guarantees

Please note that all our transfers to and from Venice / Treviso Airport are subject to our operators confirmation, were we allow bookings to be made up to 24hours before departure these are not guaranteed unless we have full confirmation from our operators.
If a booking cannot be confirmed due to availability, any fares taken for the booking will be refunded in full.
Bookings of this type are usually very late bookings

These are Private Transfers unless otherwise stated.

Please note that no drinking of alcohol or smoking is allowed in our Transfer vehicles

 

Extras & supplements

All nighttime - weekend or out of hours supplements are calculated and are included in your fare.

Extra charges or supplements may be incurred in some of the following situations:
Undeclared items of luggage or equipment
Flight delays - up to 1 hour free
Operators may charge if no notification is made or the flight delay exceeds 1 hour - please use the emergency telephone number on your E-ticket to advise us of any such delays immediately.
It is the sole discression of the operator for any charges made in any of these circumstances and any charges are to be paid locally.

 

Child seat provision

Child car seat and boosters are available on Venice service and are free of charge
Please note that car seat and boosters are subject to availability on the day of
transfer and cannot be guaranteed.

Meet & greet services

On arrival at Venice - Treviso Airport and after collecting your luggage exit the baggage hall.
Here you will see your transfer driver holding a board displaying your name

Make yourself known to the driver then he will take you to your waiting transfer transport.

Luggage restrictions

Please note all our transfers to or from Venice / Treviso Airport allow each passenger two-pieces of luggage.
Please be aware that Skis/snow boards - Golf Clubs - Golf Equipment are classed as items of luggage.
For the purpose of identification these items are asked for separately on the search form to identify the correct type of vehicle needed for transportation.
For other forms of equipment such as Bicycles - Wheel Chairs etc please make a note on the Special Request form within the booking procedures - A small supplement may be charged locally.
Any equipment not noted on this request form maybe rejected by our operator
Supplements may apply if the luggage amount is exceeded per person or per group

Deposit scheme

Diy-Hols deposit scheme is subject to certain conditions.

Please note our deposit scheme is not available for Shuttles/Shared rides to or from Venice Airport or Treviso airport

Private Transfers only -
The transfer arrival date must be in excess of ten weeks and must be paid in full eight weeks before your arrival at the airport.
By using our deposit scheme you have the piece of mind knowing that your Airport Transfer has been reserved subject to full payment.
