How to book

Collection details

On arrival, our representative will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with your name on a board.

If after 10 minutes in the arrivals hall you are unable to locate our representative, please call our local office.
If you have a return service booked you must call during office hours 2 days before departure to reconfirm your collection time and place.
Clients returning Monday or Tuesday should call the previous Friday

Fare details & guarantees

Please note that all our airport transfers are subject to our operators confirmation, were we allow bookings to be made up to 24hours before departure these are not guaranteed unless we have full confirmation from our operators.
If a booking cannot be confirmed due to availability, any fares taken for the booking will be refunded in full.
Bookings of this type are usually very late bookings

Transfer type

Your transfer with us will be either a shared shuttle or a private transfer 

Please note that no drinking of alcohol or smoking is allowed in our transfer vehicles

 

Extras & supplements

All nighttime - weekend or out of hours supplements are calculated and are included in your fare.

Extra charges or supplements may be incurred in some of the following situations:
Undeclared items of luggage or equipment
Flight delays - up to 1 hour free
Operators may charge if no notification is made or the flight delay exceeds 1 hour - please use the emergency telephone number on your E-ticket to advise us of any such delays immediately.
It is the sole discression of the operator for any charges made in any of these circumstances and any charges are to be paid locally.

 

Child seat provision

Please note child seat provisions are only supplied on our Las Palmas transfers.

Lanzatote / Fuerteventuta / Tenerife clients are advised to make alternative arrangements

Luggage restrictions

Please note all our transfers from the airport allow each passenger two-pieces of luggage.
Please be aware that Skis/snow boards - Golf Clubs - Golf Equipment are classed as items of luggage.
For the purpose of identification these items are asked for separately on the search form to identify the correct type of vehicle needed for transportation.
For other forms of equipment such as Bicycles - Wheel Chairs etc please make a note on the Special Request form within the booking procedures - A small supplement may be charged locally.
Any equipment not noted on this request form maybe rejected by our operator
Supplements may apply if the luggage amount is exceeded per person or per group

Deposit scheme

Diy-Hols deposit scheme is subject to certain conditions.

Please note our deposit scheme is not available for Shuttles/Shared rides

Private transfers only -
The transfer arrival date must be in excess of ten weeks and must be paid in full eight weeks before your arrival at the airport.
By using our deposit scheme you have the piece of mind knowing that your Airport Transfer has been reserved subject to full payment.
