Our Rome transfers use a fleet of taxis, minibus and full size coaches.

The fare given is per vehicle (not per person !).

The transfers shown are from both Rome Airports to the central Rome Hotels. For other destinations, or for large parties please email us

Please count all passengers no matter how young as individual passengers, due to the law each person must occupy a seat of their own.

We believe that our fares offer great value to our clients with the cost from just 9 euros per person each way

Your Rome Airport Transfer fare includes
  • All taxes, tolls and local charges.
  • A luggage allowance of 1 suitcase and 1 small piece of hand luggage per passenger. If your groups has more luggage or large items such as golf clubs or bikes we recommend that you upgrade to the next size of vehicle. (limousines are limited to 2 medium suitcases only)
  • Meet and greet service at Rome Airport.
  • Emergency call out telephone number in the unlikely event that you cannot locate your driver.
  • There are no delayed flight supplements.
Extras to add to your Airport transfer fare
  • Unfortunately the transfer operator does not provide car seats for younger passengers.
  • If a stop is required on the way to drop off passengers or pick up keys a supplement of 10 euros is charged locally
  • There are no extras to be added to the fare. The price quoted is fully inclusive of all extras. You may tip the driver if you wish but this is totally optional.

How to book

Simply select the amount of passengers in your party use the price guide facility opposite or use the Airport Transfer search facility on the top of this page via the Airport Transfers button, choose Rome Airport and select your resort.

All reservations booked for Rome Airport are always subject to our operators confirmations.

ARRIVAL - Please have your airport transfer details to hand - You will be met by our driver in the arrivals hall landside, they will be holding your name on a board - If you cannot locate your driver please contact the emergency telephone number on your e-ticket
Please ensure your airport transfer E-Ticket is printed and that all details are correct and show your airport transfer driver - If you notice any inaccuracies please notify us at once.

RETURN (if applicable) IMPORTANT - PLEASE CHECK ALL DATES AND TIMES
Please reconfirm your pick-up time with our operator by contacting one of the numbers below - you must do this 72hrs before your return pick-up is due - It is the client’s responsibility to do this
If possible, please be waiting outside, or in the reception area of the hotel/property around 5 minutes before the return airport transfer is due as at times airport parking maybe very limited

Fare details & guarantees

Please note that all our transfers to and from Malpensa Airport - Linate Airport and Bergamo Airport are subject to our operators confirmation, were we allow for transfer bookings to be made up to 24hours before departure these are not guaranteed unless we have full confirmation from our operators.
If a transfer booking cannot be confirmed due to availability, any fares taken for the booking will be refunded in full.
Bookings of this type are usually very late bookings

Extras & supplements

DELAY FLIGHT SUPPLEMENTS : 25 euros per hour, 1 st hour free. No charge if client calls our airport transfer supplier from their departing airport to advise that their flight is being delayed.

Child seat provision

Child car seat and boosters are available on this service and are free of charge
Please note that car seat and boosters are subject to availability on the day of
transfer and cannot be guaranteed.

Meet & greet services

On arrival at Milan Malpensa - Milan Linate or Bergamo airports and after collecting your luggage exit the baggage hall.
Here you will see your transfer driver holding a board displaying your name

Make yourself known to the driver then he will take you to your waiting
transfer transport.

Luggage restrictions

Please note all our transfers allow each passenger two-pieces of luggage.
Please be aware that Skis/snow boards - Golf Clubs - Golf Equipment are classed as items of luggage.
For the purpose of identification these items are asked for separately on the search form to identify the correct type of vehicle needed for transportation.
For other forms of equipment such as Bicycles - Wheel Chairs etc please make a note on the Special Request form within the booking procedures - A small supplement may be charged locally.
Any equipment not noted on this request form maybe rejected by our operator
Supplements may apply if the luggage amount is exceeded per person or per group

Deposit scheme

Diy-Hols deposit scheme is subject to certain conditions.

Please note our deposit scheme is not available for Shuttles/Shared rides

The transfer arrival date must be in excess of ten weeks and must be paid in full eight weeks before your arrival at the airport.
By using our deposit scheme you have the piece of mind knowing that your Airport Transfer has been reserved subject to full payment.
