Around Palma Airport

Arriving - when you land at Palma you can when the airport is busy have to park away from the terminal building this is mostly in the summer season and you have to get on board one of the airports airside buses which will transport you to the terminal building, these can sometimes be very stuff and very hot.

Once you have entered the building it can be quite a walk to the baggage reclaim area, up to 10 minutes walking time.
The good thing is it has 4 automatic walkways to help you on your way.
When you enter the reclaim area there are lots of free trolleys to use for the collection of your luggage.
When collected follow the signs for the Public Arrivals Hall, this will take you landside, please be aware that if you forget something in the baggage reclaim area you are not allowed back in the area to retrieve it, it has to be handed to you via a member of security.

Departing - the departure hall (check-in) is located on the second floor at Palma airport and is easily accessed via the many lifs, escalators and stairs.

If you arrive by car, bus or taxi they will stop outside the upper floor directly in front of the check-in area, check the monitors for your check-in desk - desks are numbered left to right according to the following zones - 

ZONE A - desks 1 - 34
ZONE B - desks 35 - 68
ZONE C - desks 69 - 102
ZONE D - desks 103 - 136

Once checked in you can head towards security, please make sure you remove any metal objects, mobile devices and belts with metal buckles as these will trigger off the scanners and you will be searched, use the trays provided and place on the scanning belt.
Once passed through security you can then relax, shop and eat to your hearts content until they announce your flight and your boarding gate.
There are plenty of monitor screens around the departure lounges where you can also monitor the status of your flight

ARRIVAL - Please have your airport transfer details to hand - You will be met by our driver in the arrivals hall landside, they will be holding your name on a board - If you cannot locate your driver please contact the emergency telephone number on your e-ticket
Please ensure your airport transfer E-Ticket is printed and that all details are correct and show your airport transfer driver - If you notice any inaccuracies please notify us at once.

RETURN (if applicable) IMPORTANT - PLEASE CHECK ALL DATES AND TIMES
Please reconfirm your pick-up time with our operator by contacting one of the numbers below - you must do this 72hrs before your return pick-up is due - It is the client's responsibility to do this
If possible, please be waiting outside, or in the reception area of the hotel/property around 5 minutes before the return airport transfer is due as at times airport parking maybe very limited

 

Fare details & guarantees

Please note that all our transfers are subject to our operators confirmation, were we allow bookings to be made up to 24hours before departure these are not guaranteed unless we have full confirmation from our operators.
If a booking cannot be confirmed due to availability, any fares taken for the booking will be refunded in full.
Bookings of this type are usually very late bookings

Extras & supplements

All nighttime - weekend or out of hours supplements are calculated and are included in your fare.

Extra charges or supplements may be incurred in some of the following situations:
Undeclared items of luggage or equipment
Flight delays - up to 1 hour free
Operators may charge if no notification is made or the flight delay exceeds 1 hour - please use the emergency telephone number on your E-ticket to advise us of any such delays immediately.
It is the sole discression of the operator for any charges made in any of these circumstances and any charges are to be paid locally

Luggage restrictions

Please note all our transfers allow each passenger two-pieces of luggage.
Please be aware that Skis/snow boards - Golf Clubs - Golf Equipment are classed as items of luggage.
For the purpose of identification these items are asked for separately on the search form to identify the correct type of vehicle needed for transportation.
* If a vehicle cannot accommodate the amount or size of your luggage / equipment then you may need to upgrade to a larger vehicle type - please not there may be an additional charge for this.
For other forms of equipment such as Bicycles - Wheel Chairs etc please make a note on the Special Request form within the booking procedures - A small supplement may be charged locally.
Any equipment not noted on this request form maybe rejected by our operator
Supplements may apply if the luggage amount is exceeded per person or per group

Deposit scheme
