***ARRIVAL AT MIAMI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (MIA)***

On arrival at MIAMI International Airport you will need to call your driver upon landing once you have cleared immigration. This is because private transfer vehicles cannot wait outside the arrivals terminal for more than ten minutes so they wait outside the airport perimeter until you call to confirm that you have cleared immigration. Please note that, due to strict immigration checks in the USA, it can take over an hour to clear immigration on busy days.

Once you arrive in the baggage reclaim hall, please call us on (001) 786-282-3857 or if lines busy (001) 407-448-3969 and we'll give you directions to meet your driver. If you have any delays with your luggage, please call us back again so we can let the driver know.
*It is very important that you stick to pickup times as any delay may incur an additional local charge*

 

Your driver will be waiting for you at the public bus transportation centre outside your terminal holding a sign with your name on it.

***DURING YOUR STAY***

If you make any changes to your flights or accommodation, you must let us know at least 72 hours prior to your original scheduled departure date so that we can make new arrangements for your return transfer. Please call

Luggage restrictions

Please note all our transfers allow each passenger two-pieces of luggage.
Please be aware that Skis/snow boards - Golf Clubs - Golf Equipment are classed as items of luggage.
For the purpose of identification these items are asked for separately on the search form to identify the correct type of vehicle needed for transportation.
For other forms of equipment such as Bicycles - Wheel Chairs etc please make a note on the Special Request form within the booking procedures - A small supplement may be charged locally.
Any equipment not noted on this request form maybe rejected by our operator
Supplements may apply if the luggage amount is exceeded per person or per group

Deposit scheme

Diy-Hols deposit scheme is subject to certain conditions.

Please note our deposit scheme is not available for Shuttles/Shared rides to or from Miami airport
