Pick up details

Please count all passengers no matter how young as individual passengers, due to the law each person must occupy a seat of their own.

Your Lyon Airport transfer fare includes

• All taxes, tolls and local charges.
• A luggage allowance of 1 suitcase and 1 piece of ski equipment per passenger. If your groups has more luggage or large items such as bikes we recommend that you upgrade to the next size of vehicle.
• Meet and greet service at Lyon Airport.
• Emergency English speaking call out telephone number in the unlikely event that you cannot locate your driver.
• Free car seats for our younger clients (please read our advise on the use of car seats here)
• There are no delayed flight supplements providing that you ring the transfer operator from your airport of departure to advise them of the flight delay (A delay of up to 30 minutes is no problem). Further details are included in the terms of transfer.

Extras to add to your fare

• A delayed flight supplement of 1 euros per minute after the first hour of delay. If , however you call the transfer company from your airport of departure to advise of the delay there will be no supplement to pay as the driver will re time his arrival at the airport.
• There are no extras to be added to the fare. The price quoted is fully inclusive of all extras. You may tip the driver if you wish but this is totally optional.

Please ensure your entire luggage is labelled with your name and address.

If possible please be waiting outside, or in the reception area of the hotel/property around 5 minutes
before the airport transfer is due as at times airport parking maybe very limited.

Fare details & guarantees

Please note that all our transfers are subject to our operators confirmation, were we allow bookings to be made up to 24hours before departure these are not guaranteed unless we have full confirmation from our operators.
If a booking cannot be confirmed due to availability, any fares taken for the booking will be refunded in full.
Bookings of this type are usually very late bookings

These are Private transfers unless otherwise stated.

Please note that no drinking of alcohol or smoking is allowed in our transfer vehicles

Extras & supplements

All nighttime - weekend or out of hours supplements are calculated and are included in your fare.

Extra charges or supplements may be incurred in some of the following situations:
Undeclared items of luggage or equipment
Flight delays - up to 1 hour free
Operators may charge if no notification is made or the flight delay exceeds 1 hour - please use the emergency telephone number on your E-ticket to advise us of any such delays immediately.
It is the sole discression of the operator for any charges made in any of these circumstances and any charges are to be paid locally.

Child seat provision

Child car seat and boosters are available on this service and are free of charge
Please note that car seat and boosters are subject to availability on the day of
transfer and cannot be guaranteed.

In the event that your flight is delayed by more than 1 hour please ring the
office on the numbers contained in this confirmation from your airport of
departure to advise of the flight delay. If you do not call the office on +33 687 974 790
you will be charged the delayed flight supplement of 30 euros per hour after
the first hour of wait ( a 20% supplement will however apply if your original flight time
was prior to 1900 and the delay causes the flight to arrive after this time)

Luggage restrictions

Please note all our transfers allow each passenger two-pieces of luggage.
Please be aware that Skis/snow boards - Golf Clubs - Golf Equipment are classed as items of luggage.
For the purpose of identification these items are asked for separately on the search form to identify the correct type of vehicle needed for transportation.
For other forms of equipment such as Bicycles - Wheel Chairs etc please make a note on the Special Request form within the booking procedures - A small supplement may be charged locally.
Any equipment not noted on this request form maybe rejected by our operator
Supplements may apply if the luggage amount is exceeded per person or per group

Deposit scheme

Diy-Hols deposit scheme is subject to certain conditions.

Please note our deposit scheme is not available for Shuttles/Shared rides

Private transfers only -
The transfer arrival date must be in excess of ten weeks and must be paid in full eight weeks before your arrival at the airport.
By using our deposit scheme you have the piece of mind knowing that your Airport Transfer has been reserved subject to full payment.
