Airport ---- What happens if my flight is delayed at Las Vegas Airport?
Where a private Taxi has been booked and the flight is delayed up to ninety minutes from the flight's scheduled arrival, the vehicle will wait for the client at no charge. After this time the client will be liable for a waiting charge of 20Euros for each additional hour or part thereof. This charge must be settled prior to the vehicle's departure.

Airport ---- How do I find my driver?
The driver will be waiting in front of your arrival gate. He will have a sign with your parties name on it.

Airport ---- What happens if I cannot find my driver at Las Vegas Airport? 
Call central reservation and they will direct you to your driver.

Airport ---- How long will I have to wait at the airport?
Private - your vehicle will normally be at the airport for the scheduled arrival of your flight. Shuttle - Where flights arrived on time, we aim to leave the airport within 30 minutes of meeting your driver.

General ---- I have lost my luggage; can you collect it for me later?
All the airlines have handling agents. They will organize for any luggage to be forwarded to your resort address.

General ---- I have left something in the Transfer vehicle. How do I get it back?
Contact our central reservation staff, giving details of the Transfer, and the missing items. We will then endeavour to deliver them to you. In some circumstances a charge may be applicable.

Pricing ---- Do you offer discounted rates for children or babies?
We charge the same rate for all occupied seats. Please note that babies may not travel for free on an adult's lap.

Reservation ---- Can I have a refund?
In certain situations if we cannot fulfil our obligations for what ever reason yes, if its due to a cancellation on your behalf you may be liable for part or full cost you Las Vegas Airport Transfers.

Your email or fax confirmation is your receipt.

Approximate transfer times are given with price enquiries. On peak days and when the road conditions are poor, these times can vary.

Each passenger has an allowance of one suitcase and one board/ski bag.

The Transfer ---- Can we stop off at the supermarket and ski shop en-route?
By prior arrangement on a private transfer only, although not at peak times - a supplement may be applicable.

The Transfer ---- Is the transfer direct or do we stop en-route?
Private transfers are normally direct, door-to-door. Shared transfers may stop to either pickup or drop off other clients en route.

The Transfer ---- Does the driver speak English?
Most drivers speak English. Occasionally we are obliged to use a local Taxi firm, in which case we cannot guarantee the driver will speak English.

The Transfer ---- Do I have to share a vehicle with other people?
No, if you book a Private Transfer. Yes, if you book a shared or Shuttle Transfer.

Vehicles ---- Do the buses have seat-belts?
Most buses have 8 passenger seats, all with seat-belts. If you book a group of between 12 and 20, we may use a vehicle from another Taxi company. These larger buses do not have seat-belts.

Vehicles ---- What type of vehicles do you have?
Our operators have a fleet of VW Caravelles & Transporters, all with 8 passenger seats, fully equipped for the winter, extended wheelbase for extra luggage space and linked to our central reservations office by satellite positioning and mobile phones. From December the fleet will be 50 new extended wheelbase Renault Traffics.

Resort ---- I do not have a resort address; can you drop me off at the tourist office?
If you do not specify a resort address, you will be dropped of and picked up at the tourist office. If you wish to change this you must inform Central Reservations.

Important Arrival instructions

YOUR DRIVER WILL MOST LIKELY BE WAITING FOR YOU AT BAGGAGE CLAIM WHEN YOU ARRIVE. THEY WILL HAVE A SIGN WITH YOUR NAME ON A CARD

ON ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS: First, retrieve all bags from baggage claim. The driver will assist you to your vehicle and you will proceed to the hotel.

Should there be a delay or you cannot locate your driver please call 1-888-478-6978 and they will assist you. The driver should be in the close vicinity.

Your transportation is pre-paid. At your discretion, you may voluntarily tip the driver for good service.

Important Departure instructions

PRIOR TO DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS: You MUST re-confirm your return trip to the airport approximately 24 hours before scheduled pickup.

Please call 1-888-478-6978 and tell them that you are re-confirming your reservation.

Ask for instructions on exactly where you are to be picked up outside the hotel. Please BE AT THE PICKUP POINT 15 minutes prior to departure. DO NOT allow anyone except the designated company to transport you to the airport. Cab drivers, other van drivers and some hotel personnel may try to tell you to take taxis, sedans or other vans; do not follow their advice as you will pay an extra fare and this cannot be claimed back in any circumstances.

 

 

Fare details & guarantees

Please note that all our Las Vegas airport transfers are subject to our operators confirmation, were we allow bookings to be made up to 24hours before departure these are not guaranteed unless we have full confirmation from our operators.
If a booking cannot be confirmed due to availability, any fares taken for the booking will be refunded in full.
Bookings of this type are usually very late bookings

Our US fares do not include gratuities (tips)
Guide to tipping in the States -
Gratuity is discretionary and cities differ with their expected rate.
The general range is 10-20 % and depends on how much the driver assists- large bags, excess baggage, difficult weather,etc - can warrant a higher reward. Somewhat typical , might be $10 for a $100 or less ride and proportionally more as the value increases.

 

Child seat provision

Child car seat and boosters are available on our Las Vegas transfers service and are charged locally at the rate of between $25-50 each way

Our shuttle buses are a great cheap alternative to private transfers, please bare in mind there are many stops which could increase your journey time.

Our private transfers are private to you or your party only.
We use different size vehicles for all numbers of passengers -

Vans - max 10 passengers
Minibus - max 14 passengers

Please note all our transfers allow each passenger two-pieces of luggage.
Please be aware that Skis/snow boards - Golf Clubs - Golf Equipment are classed as items of luggage.
For the purpose of identification these items are asked for separately on the search form to identify the correct type of vehicle needed for transportation.
For other forms of equipment such as Bicycles - Wheel Chairs etc please make a note on the Special Request form within the booking procedures - A small supplement may be charged locally.
Any equipment not noted on this request form maybe rejected by our operator
Supplements may apply if the luggage amount is exceeded per person or per group

Deposit scheme

Diy-Hols deposit scheme is subject to certain conditions.

Please note our deposit scheme is not available for Shuttles/Shared rides to and from Las Vegas airport
