Girona Airport transfer fare details

Our Girona transfers use a fleet of taxis, minibus and full size coaches.

The fare given is per vehicle (not per person !).

The transfers shown are from Girona Airport to the popular resorts in the area.

Please count all passengers no matter how young as individual passengers, due to the law each person must occupy a seat of their own.

Your fare from Girona Airport includes

• All taxes, tolls and local charges from Girona.
• A luggage allowance of 1 suitcase and 1 small piece of hand luggage per passenger. If your groups has more luggage or large items such as golf clubs or bikes we recommend that you upgrade to the next size of vehicle.
• Meet and greet service at Girona Airport.
• Emergency call out telephone number in the unlikely event that you cannot locate your driver at Girona Airport.
• There are no delayed flight supplements providing that you ring the transfer operator from your airport of departure to advise them of the flight delay. A 10 euros parking fee per 30 minutes wait will be applied if no call is received.

Extras to add to your Girona Airport Transfer fare

• Car seats are available at a small cost per seat per leg (fee paid locally on arrival)
• A night time pick up supplement of 20% is charged locally for all transfers with a pick up time between 2300-0730. these are included in the price quoted
• *** Taxis are limited to luggage of 2 medium suitcases plus hand luggage. If you have more luggage please select 5 passengers as you need the larger people carrier at a slightly increased fare.
• There are no extras to be added to the fare. The price quoted is fully inclusive of all extras. You may tip the driver if you wish but this is totally optional.
• Bookings can only be accepted up to 4 days prior to arrival date. Late bookings after this time cannot be accepted.

How to book

Simply select the amount of passengers in your party use the price guide facility opposite or use the Airport Transfer search facility on the top of this page via the Airport Transfers button.

All reservations booked for Girona Airport are always subject to our operators confirmations.

Collection details

ARRIVAL - Please have your airport transfer details to hand - You will be met by our driver in the arrivals hall landside, they will be holding your name on a board - If you cannot locate your driver please contact the emergency telephone number on your e-ticket
Please ensure your airport transfer E-Ticket is printed and that all details are correct and show your airport transfer driver - If you notice any inaccuracies please notify us at once.

RETURN (if applicable) IMPORTANT - PLEASE CHECK ALL DATES AND TIMES
Please reconfirm your pick-up time with our operator by contacting one of the numbers below - you must do this 72hrs before your return pick-up is due - It is the client's responsibility to do this
If possible, please be waiting outside, or in the reception area of the hotel/property around 5 minutes before the return airport transfer is due as at times airport parking maybe very limited

Please note if you have pre booked a child or booster seat that there is a small local charge for these payable to the driver on the day of arrival, the local charge is 6.50euros per seat per way

Waiting times - your transfer fare includes waiting times of up to 1hr
Our operator, after this time has a supplement charge payable locally to the driver of - 

Barcelona airport - 30euro per hour
Reus airport - 20euro per hour

Fare details & guarantees

Please note that all our transfers are subject to our operators confirmation, were we allow bookings to be made up to 24hours before departure these are not guaranteed unless we have full confirmation from our operators.
If a booking cannot be confirmed due to availability, any fares taken for the booking will be refunded in full.
Bookings of this type are usually very late bookings

Transfer type

All of our Airport transfers are private, you will not share with any other groups - These are Private transfers / taxi unless otherwise stated.

Please note that no drinking of alcohol or smoking are allowed in our taxi vehicles

 

Extras & supplements

All nighttime - weekend or out of hours supplements are calculated and are included in your taxi fare.

Extra charges or supplements may be incurred in some of the following situations:
Undeclared items of luggage or equipment
Flight delays - up to 1 hour free
Operators may charge if no notification is made or the flight delay exceeds 1 hour - please use the emergency telephone number on your E-ticket to advise us of any such delays immediately.
It is the sole discression of the operator for any charges made in any of these circumstances and any charges are to be paid locally.

 

Child seat provision

Please note Child seats and Booster seats are available on this service with a small local charge of 6.50euros each payable locally to the driver.

Meet & greet services

On arrival at any of the named airports Reus - Barcelona airports and after collecting your luggage, exit the baggage hall.
Here you will see your taxi transfer driver holding a board displaying your name

Make yourself known to the driver then he will take you to your waiting transfer transport.

Luggage restrictions

Please note all our transfers to and from Reus - Barcelona airport allow each passenger two-pieces of luggage.
Please be aware that Skis/snow boards - Golf Clubs - Golf Equipment are classed as items of luggage.
For the purpose of identification these items are asked for separately on the search form to identify the correct type of vehicle needed for transportation.
For other forms of equipment such as Bicycles - Wheel Chairs etc please make a note on the Special Request form within the booking procedures - A small supplement may be charged locally.
Any equipment not noted on this request form maybe rejected by our operator
Supplements may apply if the luggage amount is exceeded per person or per group

Deposit scheme

Diy-Hols deposit scheme is subject to certain conditions.

Please note our Lyon Airport transfers deposit scheme is not available for Shuttles/Shared rides

Private transfers only -
The transfer arrival date must be in excess of ten weeks and must be paid in full eight weeks before your arrival at the airport.
By using our deposit scheme you have the piece of mind knowing that your Airport Transfer has been reserved subject to full payment.
