Collection details

Arrivals : Once you have collected your luggage, please make your way outside to the arrivals hall. When outside, you will see flag posts. Please make your way behind the flag posts and you will see the welcome desks. Make your way to DESK NUMBER 1 where your representative/driver will be holding a AIRPORTCONNEX sign. Please identify yourself by showing him a copy of your booking confirmation.

In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call our emergency helpline where an English speaking representative will help you. (If calling from a mobile, the international dialling code must be dialled. If calling from a land line there is no need.)

Departures : Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important to reconfirm your return transfer time at least one day (24 HOURS) prior to your departure within office hours ONLY before your departure transfer to confirm your pick up. We cannot accept any responsibility for clients who are not collected on time and subsequently miss their return flight if details of the booking have changed and we have not been advised accordingly.
To ensure that you get the correct vehicle please ensure your driver is aware of your name before you show him your booking voucher.

 

Fare details & guarantees

Please note that all our transfers are subject to our operators confirmation, were we allow for transfer bookings to be made up to 24hours before departure these are not guaranteed unless we have full confirmation from our operators.
If a transfer booking cannot be confirmed due to availability, any fares taken for the booking will be refunded in full.
Bookings of this type are usually very late bookings.

Please note that no drinking of alcohol or smoking is allowed in our transfer vehicles

 

Extras & supplements

All nighttime - weekend or out of hours supplements are calculated and are included in your airport transfer fare.

Extra charges or supplements may be incurred in some of the following situations:
Undeclared items of luggage or equipment
Flight delays - up to 1 hour free
Our Nice operators may charge if no notification is made or the flight delay exceeds 1 hour - please use the emergency telephone number on your E-ticket to advise us of any such delays immediately.
It is the sole discression of Nice operator for any charges made in any of these circumstances and any charges are to be paid locally.

Child car seat and boosters are available on this service and are free of charge
Please note that car seat and boosters are subject to availability on the day of
transfer and cannot be guaranteed.

Luggage restrictions

Please note all our transfers allow each passenger two-pieces of luggage.
Please be aware that Skis/snow boards - Golf Clubs - Golf Equipment are classed as items of luggage.
For the purpose of identification these items are asked for separately on the search form to identify the correct type of vehicle needed for transportation.
For other forms of equipment such as Bicycles - Wheel Chairs etc please make a note on the Special Request form within the booking procedures - A small supplement may be charged locally.
Any equipment not noted on this request form maybe rejected by our operator
Supplements may apply if the luggage amount is exceeded per person or per group

Deposit scheme

Diy-Hols deposit scheme is subject to certain conditions.

Please note our deposit scheme is not available for Shuttles/Shared rides

Private transfers only -
The transfer arrival date must be in excess of ten weeks and must be paid in full eight weeks before your arrival at the airport.
By using our deposit scheme you have the piece of mind knowing that your Airport Transfer has been reserved subject to full payment.
