ARRIVAL - Please have your airport transfer details to hand - You will be met by our driver in the arrivals hall landside, they will be holding your name on a board - If you cannot locate your driver please contact the emergency telephone number on your e-ticket
Please ensure your airport transfer E-Ticket is printed and that all details are correct and show your airport transfer driver - If you notice any inaccuracies please notify us at once.
RETURN (if applicable) IMPORTANT - PLEASE CHECK ALL DATES AND TIMES
Please reconfirm your pick-up time with our operator by contacting one of the numbers below - you must do this 72hrs before your return pick-up is due - It is the client's responsibility to do this
If possible, please be waiting outside, or in the reception area of the hotel/property around 5 minutes before the return airport transfer is due as at times airport parking maybe very limited
Please note that all our transfers are subject to our operators confirmation, were we allow bookings to be made up to 24hours before departure these are not guaranteed unless we have full confirmation from our operators.
If a booking cannot be confirmed due to availability, any fares taken for the booking will be refunded in full.
Bookings of this type are usually very late bookings
All of our Barcelona Airport transfers are private, you will not share with any other groups - These are Private transfers / taxi unless otherwise stated.
Please note that no drinking of alcohol or smoking are allowed in our taxi vehicles
All nighttime - weekend or out of hours supplements are calculated and are included in your taxi fare.
Extra charges or supplements may be incurred in some of the following situations:
Undeclared items of luggage or equipment
Flight delays - up to 1 hour free
Operators may charge if no notification is made or the flight delay exceeds 1 hour - please use the emergency telephone number on your E-ticket to advise us of any such delays immediately.
It is the sole discression of the operator for any charges made in any of these circumstances and any charges are to be paid locally.
Child car seat and boosters are available on our transfer service and are free of charge

On arrival at Barcelona airport and after collecting your luggage exit the baggage hall.
Here you will see your taxi transfer driver holding a board displaying your name
Make yourself known to the driver then he will take you to your waiting taxi

Please note all our transfers from Barcelona airport allow each passenger two-pieces of luggage.
Please be aware that Skis/snow boards - Golf Clubs - Golf Equipment are classed as items of luggage.
For the purpose of identification these items are asked for separately on the search form to identify the correct type of vehicle needed for transportation.
For other forms of equipment such as Bicycles - Wheel Chairs etc please make a note on the Special Request form within the booking procedures - A small supplement may be charged locally.
Any equipment not noted on this request form maybe rejected by our operator
Supplements may apply if the luggage amount is exceeded per person or per group
Diy-Hols deposit scheme is subject to certain conditions.
Please note our deposit scheme is not available for Shuttles/Shared rides
Private transfers only -
The transfer arrival date must be in excess of ten weeks and must be paid in full eight weeks before your arrival at the airport.
By using our deposit scheme you have the piece of mind knowing that your Airport Transfer has been reserved subject to full payment.
