We had a pickup at the Munich Airport through DIY-Taxis and the driver was waiting on us so all fears were allayed. He was friendly, informative, and took good care of us as he drove us to Oberammergau. Then he picked us up at the Edelweiss Resort in Garmisch and took us back to the Munich Airport. We were quite impressed with the service and will always use this transport service when we travel without a car. In fact, I hope to use them again in the US for transport from Ft. Lauderdale to the Miami Port when we go on a cruise next March. The fare was resonable and the best way to get from the airport to our destination with absolutely no hassle. Thanks, DIY! Lou

We used diy taxis for our transfer from Barcelona airport to Tarragona and return 2 weeks later. A pleasant driver waiting in arrivals with our name clearly visible welcomed us to "Sunny Barcelona" and took control of all our luggage. Our driver could not have been more helpful. Our return driver was waiting as arranged at the campsite entrance and returned us safely to Barcelona airport to complete a stress free holiday. I will certainly use this service again. Thank you

Just back from a long weekend in Portugal. Booked return taxi from Faro airport to our accomodation which was 3/4 hour away. Since booking, the flight, departure time had changed. This was efficiently dealt with via phone and e-mail. Driver was waiting in the airport foyer with a brightly printed notice with my surname.Very jovial driver, and punctual for the return journey to the airport. Would definitely use this company again. We had a taxi booked via yourselves (ref as above) for the 14th Jan, to collect us from Barcelona Airport and transfer us to our Hotel.

Our flight, along with many others that day was very badly delayed and we were unable to contact you to advise that our likely arrival time was somewhat different to our booking. We were therefore quite concerned that we might not have a taxi waiting for us, we were therefore so pleased and relived to find the driver waiting for us with a welcoming smile on his face and very understanding about the delays.

Just wanted to email you to say that the transfers at the weekend were excellent.

We arrived at Girona on time and when we got into the arrivals lounge the transfer driver was there waiting for us, he got us to our hotel effortlessly in just over 1 hour. On our return journey he was waiting at the agreed time and place, and he was kind enough to stop en route so that we were able to grab a coffee and snack, as we didn’t have chance to grab breakfast.

All in all it was an excellent weekend, and if in the future we require any transfers we will definitely consider your company again.

I returned home from my hols on Saturday 17 August - and one of the few good things about the trip were the transfers fron Alicante Airport to our accommodation and the same return trip.

After having much trouble getting transfers, I came upon your website and booked. We had a lovely Mercedes people carrier one way and a very comfprtable air conditioned Citroen the other. The drivers were both very pleasant and competent.

I would like to thank you all at diy-taxis for the professional way you handled my requirements and would whole heartedly recommend you to any other travellers wanting to travel in safety, comfort and style to their holiday destination.

Arona to Malpensa airport. Excellent service. The driver arrived arrived half hour before the scheduled time and waited for us. Nice comfortable Mercedes with very kind and professional driver.

I want to thank you for the outstanding service provided during our recent
trip to the Costa del Sol. We were met as promised and the transportation
for 8 adults with a large amount of luggage was great. Everything went as
promised to include an early morning pickup (0425) in Marbella for a trip

thank you so much for arranging transport from Faro airport to casa oasis in Carvoeiro via leisure transfers. What a good service, we were very very impressed and pleased.
To be honest I was a little sceptical whether the transfer people would show up as arranged, and once the money had been paid on the outward journey there was no guarantee that they would be there to pick us up and take us back to the airport, and if they did, would they be on time.

The service was excellent, the driver very friendly, and extremely helpful. He was waiting for us, and on the way back he was even early for our journey, helped with the bags, and was generally a very agreeable person.

Please please send our thanks to the company, and thank you very very much for your service, it was very appreciated.

We have just returned from 2 weeks holiday around Lake Garda, in Italy We made arrangements with your company to collect us from Verona airport on 15th Sept and take us to our hotel aprox 45mins. drive away and collect us again to return to the airport on 29th. Sept.

I must say the service was fantastic, the driver was there waiting for us and again for the return he was at our hotel to collect us in plenty of time. They were both very freindly and helpful. the vehicles were good and very clean and comfortable.
