Our transfer partners

Our partners are all fully licensed and insured to operate airport transfers from Lyon Airport. Beware of really cheap sounding transfers, the taxi transfer operator may not be licensed or insured and may be operating illegally.

The fleet

Our Lyon Airport transfer partners operate a fleet of taxis, people carriers and coaches which have the ability to operate in adverse weather conditions. Extra luggage storage is used in the form of roof racks and trailers. Car seats are available for our younger clients at no extra cost.

Pick up details

You are met outside of customs at Lyon Airport by the driver holding up a card with your name on. At the time of booking we will advise you of your return pick up time from your accommodation for your transfer back to Lyon Airport.

Lyon Airport transfer fare details

Our Lyon transfers use a fleet of taxis, minibus and full size coaches.

Please count all passengers no matter how young as individual passengers, due to the law each person must occupy a seat of their own.

Your fare includes

All taxes, tolls and local charges.
A luggage allowance of 1 suitcase and 1 piece of ski equipment per passenger. If your groups has more luggage or large items such as bikes we recommend that you upgrade to the next size of vehicle.
Meet and greet service at Lyon Airport.
Emergency English speaking call out telephone number in the unlikely event that you cannot locate your driver.
Free car seats for our younger clients (please read our advise on the use of car seats here)
There are no delayed flight supplements providing that you ring the transfer operator from your airport of departure to advise them of the flight delay (A delay of up to 30 minutes is no problem). Further details are included in the terms of transfer.

Extras to add to your fare

A delayed flight supplement of 1 euros per minute after the first hour of delay. If , however you call the transfer company from your airport of departure to advise of the delay there will be no supplement to pay as the driver will re time his arrival at the airport.
There are no extras to be added to the fare. The price quoted is fully inclusive of all extras. You may tip the driver if you wish but this is totally optional.
Bookings can only be accepted up to 4 days prior to arrival date. Late bookings after this time cannot be accepted.

Payment Details for private transfers

We will advise on the payment method with your quote. Larger groups will need to prepay by credit card, for smaller groups a deposit of approximately 10% will be required at the time of reservation.
